Following accusations from Hamas authorities that the IDF committed a massacre of civilians at an independent aid site around Rafah, both the IDF and the Gaza Humanitarian Fund denied there was any shooting incident or deaths there today (Sunday).

The IDF also released video footage from the alleged time of the massacre, showing nothing amiss. Watch:

Hours previously, Hamas government authorities - both its propaganda office and health ministry, claimed the IDF had fired into a crowd of Gazan civilians seeking to collect aid at an independent aid station in Rafah, killing over 30 people and wounding over 100.

Hamas has been desperate to end the functioning of the independent aid stations, spreading open disinformation about the stations shutting down on Arab social media and even pretending to speak for the stations and providing false information. Thus far, these efforts have failed to stop Palestinians from bypassing the UN to get the free food aid.
