Struck hard, still firing
Panic in Yemen: The Houthi’s Hasty Decision
Despite suffering major losses from recent U.S. and Israeli strikes, including senior leaders and critical assets, the Houthi terror group in Yemen is enforcing a media blackout to mask the damage and maintain an illusion of strength.

The Houthi terror organization in Yemen has taken significant blows over the last few weeks from a series of American and Israeli strikes. Despite this, the group is trying to project business as usual, with one tactic being to conceal the extent of the damage inflicted, which includes the loss of numerous senior figures and significant economic assets.
According to a report on the Yemeni website Defense Line, the Houthis have issued a directive not to reveal the identities of those killed in order to impose a blackout on the organization’s losses, including the deaths of senior figures and the damage to its capabilities.
The Houthis sent messages to the families of lower-ranking terrorists and commanders who were killed, demanding that funerals be conducted discreetly.
"The Houthis are keeping the names of senior figures and sensitive sites hit in the strikes a secret, while senior figures close to the group’s leader and his family have been missing since mid-March, and the fate of other senior figures remains unclear," the report stated.
They are still sending ballistic missiles to Israel. That, in addition to the fact that they successfully landed a missile in the Ben Gurion Airport complex, leading to multiple flight cancellations, means that while they may be down, they are sadly not yet out.
